The process

Step 1: The video meeting (via Zoom): Duration: 20 to 30 minutes

We invite you to make an appointment online using the service below. This allows us to meet and discuss your wishes, expectations, budget, etc., so that we can design a project that best meets these criteria.

Step 2: We will create the sketches and send them to you by email within 1 week (except in exceptional cases) with the corresponding quote. Please note that this quote is valid for one week; if you do not respond within this timeframe, it will be considered rejected.

Step 3: Once the quote is signed, you will receive an invoice with the full balance to be paid (payment in installments free of charge is available in France via Paypal). Upon receipt of this invoice, we will begin production, with a lead time of 4 to 6 weeks before shipping.

It's as simple as that! :)

For your information: due to unpaid bills, we no longer accept deposits.

The prices

It is impossible to announce a price range in advance for a custom project as it depends on various factors such as:

​

- The chosen metal

- The complexity of the design

- Presence of stone(s) or not

- Dimensions (finger size, chain length, thickness, width, etc.)

On the other hand, you can always take a look at the jewelry collection to get an idea of ​​the basic price based on these criteria. Note that this is added to a custom package of €150 covering the time spent researching the idea, imagining the unique design, and its realization in sketches.

The deadlines

Since custom-made jewelry is rare, we are currently in high demand, and appointments are filling up quickly. We therefore encourage you to book a slot as soon as you're ready to start so as not to delay your first appointment.

After the video meeting:

​

- allow approximately 1 week for sending sketches and quotes.

​

- As soon as the quote is signed and payment is made, we start manufacturing.

​

- Manufacturing times vary from 4 to 6 weeks. (If a special stone order is made, the time may be extended to 10 weeks depending on availability from our suppliers).

Pour rester fidèles à l’univers d’Aphaëla, nous nous réservons le droit de refuser certains projets qui ne correspondent pas à notre démarche.

Nous ne réalisons pas :

• de reproductions de bijoux existants (qu’ils soient issus de marques, d’autres créateurs ou de plateformes comme Pinterest)
  
• de créations à partir de métal fourni par le client ni de transformations de bijoux anciens
  
• de gravures, modifications ou réparations sur des bijoux qui n’ont pas été fabriqués par nos soins
  
• de créations à partir de matériaux autres que ceux que nous travaillons (argent/or 18k jaune, rouge, rose ou gris palladié)
• de projets portant des messages violents, discriminatoires ou contraires à nos valeurs
  

Chaque pièce Aphaëla est conçue comme une création unique, façonnée avec soin à partir de matériaux choisis, dans le respect de notre engagement artistique.
